The Th!nk City has been certified in the Netherlands for roadworthiness, which according to European Union regulations, certifies it for sale in all EU countries.
The Th!nk City passed its final stages of inspection which includes safety related items such as brakes, crash safety, lights, mirrors and other related safety features. By passing the final inspections, the vehicle is now the first all electric vehicle certified for sale in the EU that is not listed as a neighborhood EV (NEV) and is capable of highway speeds.
By EU regulations, the vehicle is now eligible for sale in all other EU countries. It is expected to go on sale in the Netherlands at a cost around $49,500. The Th!nk Cty has a range of 110 miles on a single charge and can top out at 62 mph.
