The Italian car company Tazzari recently announced that it plans to bring its electric vehicle the Tazzari Zero to the U.S. market in 2010. The Zero is about the size of a golf cart. Think small, really small and it weighs in at only 1,200 pounds. Though the Zero is diminuitive, it is a capable vehicle.
