2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
In the Edmunds.com survey, the 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid garnered 26 percent of the votes for top hybrid. Now don’t get us wrong, the Toyota Prius isn’t out of the game, it pulled in 23 percent of the votes, and so it is still very popular. However, the point here is that being number one doesn’t always mean the best quality or best customer service. In the last year we have seen both car companies that have held the number one position falter.
Bottom line—Ford should be proud of turning their business around and continue to learn from the mistakes they have made in the past and the mistakes of other top rated companies. If you haven’t checked out a Ford lately, it might be worth another look.
