MINI is known for some pretty interesting events and promotions in the automotive industry. In fact, you might recall the video releases the company put out during this years Geneva Motor Show entitled: MINIWOOD. The promotion is advertising the “MINI takes the States 2010” rally and MINIcross events. The MTTS event is described on the companies website as a “Massive road rallies leading up to a weekend-long motoring festival in Denver. The rally events are leaving from five locations from coast to coast and all terminate in Denver, Colorado. Then on August 14th, 2010 there will be a festival and MINIcross autocross event in Denver for prospective and current owners and MINI fans. I mean, who can pass up an invitation to come race around a closed course in something as fun, small and, well, British as a MINI.
