Matthew Askari, Contributing Writer

Matt is a native of car-crazy Los Angeles, where he has covered the auto industry the last several years. He has a penchant for German and European cars, is fascinated by the evolution of American and Japanese automakers, and intrigued by the emerging presence of the Korean brands. When he's not covering the industry, he's fulfilling another passion, travel. Having ventured to more than 40 countries on five continents, the wanderlust only seems to grow. Matt has a degree in Communication from The University of California at San Diego, and has written for Hemispheres, Motor Trend, and Buzzfeed, among others. One thing's certain, he'll always be cooking up the next great road trip.
