2011 dodge charger Professional Edmunds ReviewSource: Edmunds...Inside, available options include leather upholstery, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, heated and cooled cupholders and power-adjustable pedals. Other options include adaptive cruise control with front collision warning, a blind spot warning system with rear cross-traffic alert, a Garmin-sourced navigation system with Sirius Travel Link service, and a nine-speaker Alpine surround-sound audio system. The good news with this option package arrangement is that it's possible to load an SE base model up with virtually all the goodies offered on the top-of-the-line R/T. The bad news, of... |

2011 Dodge Charger Professional Cars.com ReviewSource: Cars.com...Three suspensions are offered: Touring, Performance and Super Track Pak. Our SE Rallye Plus model had the midlevel Performance setup, and it was fairly sensitive to road imperfections. Despite the Charger's rear-wheel-drive layout, it has never felt as dynamic and tossable as the dearly departed Pontiac G8. The Charger feels like a big car, and it's more at home cruising than carving corners. The steering tuning reinforces this, as there's plenty of power assistance so it only takes light effort to turn the wheel, which provides some feedback. The Charger has had one of Dodge's better... |

2012 Dodge Charger Professional Cars.com ReviewSource: Cars.com...There's no rev-matching function to smooth out downshifting, so downshifts are harsh, making the paddle shifters even less enticing. All Chargers have an 8.4-inch touch-screen as the main access point to the car's stereo, navigation, climate features, Sport mode and other functions. The SRT8's large graphics and responsive touch commands made it one of my favorite touch-screens. There aren't actual buttons for the heated seats or Sport mode — you have to use the touch-screen to control them — but accessing the controls here isn't as bad as it is in systems that make you fumble... |

2012 Dodge Charger OverviewSource: CarGurus...It doesn’t matter, both apply. And here we come to the venerated SRT8. After a one-year absence, it returns with something to prove, and that means a power boost to 470 hp and lb-ft, jumping up from 2010’s numbers of 425 and 420, respectively. Here, the big Dodge gets a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 that has been making 4.3-second sprints to 60 mph, despite much higher estimates from Dodge. The SRT8 gets the upgraded, 14.2-inch front and 13.8-inch rear brake discs as well as an adaptive suspension that automatically adjusts from plush to performance depending on conditions. While a rear spoiler... |

2012 Dodge Charger Professional Cars.com ReviewSource: Cars.com...Another editor who tested the V-8-powered R/T trim noted that car's civility in normal driving — along with its substantial amount of reserve power. Three suspensions are offered: Touring, Performance and Super Track Pak. Our SE Rallye Plus model had the midlevel Performance setup, and it was fairly sensitive to road imperfections. Despite the Charger's rear-wheel-drive layout, it has never felt as dynamic and tossable as the dearly departed Pontiac G8. CarGurus' Review for 2011 dodge chargerSource: CarGurus
...It handles and stops much better than a 4,000-pound car should, offers 4 usable doors, is powered by a V8 Hemi and is surprisingly affordable – but it has a boring, slow 5-speed automatic. |

2011 Dodge Charger Professional Cars.com ReviewSource: Cars.com...They are my favorite steering wheel controls on any car. Most of all, the Charger offers a sports car ride the whole family can enjoy at the same time. There's more than 41 inches of leg room in the front and 40 inches in the second row (which have heated seats) and nearly just as much head room in both rows even with that sleek, sloping roof. Real people need real cars. Power player And if they're really lucky, they'll get a V-8 under the hood. Yes, the base model SE comes with the Pentastar 3.6-liter V-6 that provides a respectable 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Mated to the a... |
