Value for Money
Source: Edmunds

...Have had a fully loaded version of this car for 18 months now.
Mileage varies from 37/38 in spring fall, but drops to 34/36 on hot or very cold days.
I drive reasonably well, and am not a hypermiler. Comfy and quiet ride.
Interior is OK, GPS not as good as a Garmin. iPod interface can be improved (but but he sound system is great). Cupholders suck - have had coffee cup topple over twice on sharp turns...

Total Driving Enjoyment

...Traded our 2007 camry hybrid for the new model and couldn't be happier with this XLE version.
Electronics more intuitive (espec. voice), seats way more comfortable,
interior plastics are attractive (not cheap), mileage regularly at about 40 even in winter weather (cold DOES affect hybrid perf.).
Love the USB port that holds my entire mus. collection called up easily on screen for scroll and pick (or simply hit voice and ask for an album or artist).
The 200 horses beats the upcoming Ford Fusion, and they do make a difference.
Velvet smooth acceleration with plenty of...

My Camry Hybrid
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Great car. Good mileage, smooth. I have had no problems in over 45,000 miles.
Engine has excellent mid-range power and torque Cons: Original tires do not last very long and have poor winter traction Overall: Overall we are pleased with the Camry Hybrid.
Just plan to keep it for quite a while to make the extra expense of the hybrid worthwhile.
You can improve the mileage you get by keeping the speed to 70 on the highway and learn how to feather the throttle in town.
Under 43 mph can keep the car in electric mode. In congested traffic this vehicle gets great...

Over 150,000 trouble free miles
Source: Edmunds

...I have driven my Camry Hybrid now for 4 years and 152,000 miles.
The only time this car has been to the dealer is for regular fluid changes and a rattle in the dash when it was new.
I am still on the original front brake pads. I changed the rear brake pads at about 130,000 miles.
The car still drives like new. These cars are turning out to be extremely reliable if the regular maintenance is done.
The dealer told me he has a Camry Hybrid taxi cab that comes in for maintenance and had 490,000 miles on it last time he saw it.
No repairs, just maintenance. Lifetime fuel...

Not your old geezer car
Source: Cars.com

..."Quiet (!),exceptionally smooth CVT transmission (
!),much peppier than anticipated (200hp !),better than expected overall gas mileage (41.6 mpg
!), more than adequate luggage space, quiet (did I mention this already?), just plain old fun to drive(
!). Best of all, $2800 savings on buying a similar Ford Fusion hybrid.
Did not consider the Hyundai because of reported braking problems.
Base model seemingly gets better gas mileage than dolled up model with all the bells and whistles. We are impressed with our car which we've had for over two months."...

The best car I've ever owned
Source: Cars.com

..."This car floats on the road, over potholes and bumps. It zooms with power but without being aggressive and showy. It's quietly responsive and does its job smo-o-o-o-othly on demand."...

CAMRY Hybrid Excellent for High Gas Prices

50K and still going strong
Source: Edmunds

...My 09 Camry Hybrid is approaching 3 years old and just hit 50K miles.
The car has been extremely reiliable, with no mechanical failures and just doing basic maintance (oil changes every 5-7K, tire rotations, etc).
I live in Maine, so in the winter, the mileage does drop to around 32,
but in the summer, it can be as high as about 38 - that's not to say that I can't get above that for shorter amounts of time,
but I've yet to have a full tank average more than about 39MPG......I'm still very happy with the mileage, especially with current gas prices...
