It's exteremly quick, beautifully balanced and has a "heads turning quotient" of 100. #4	A Very Nice Roadster Source: MSN Autos ...Pros: The SLK handles much better than my 05 TBird and the ride is just as comfortable. The hard top works just as one would expect-perfectly !! The fit and finish is flawless. Performance is more than adequate and I am getting in the upper twenties on the highway. The 7 speed automatic shifts smoothly and the the Sport Mode adds some zip when working your way through hilly terrain. Cons: Maybe the stereo system could be a little better. Overall: I have owned this vehicle for one month without any regrets. You get to experience the road without getting "beat up"...

Some buyers might be lured into thinking that the SMG is a good substitute for an automatic transmission, which isn't available. That would be a mistake.
