The Answer to your 4WD SUV/ Sports Car/ NeedsSource: Cars.com...For example you can see your realtime fuel economy and figure out who much idle control you need while driving to achieve 20 MPG. On the same token you can see exactly when and where your wasting gas by your lead foot habits. The birds eye view of the navigation is phenonmenal and there is too much info to go into concerning the amount of features you can control but this vehicle is "Complete" to say the least. The only reason this vehicle gets a 9 and not a 10 is because it doesn't have the fit and finish in the interior of a Lexus or mercedes and isn't as fast as a Porsche Cayenne Turbo... |

What Was Porsche Thinking?Source: MSN Autos...The Cayenne V-6 is the biggest letdown I have experienced in my automotive life. What was Porsche thinking when they came out with this model? Terrible acceleration, (I figure 0-60 in about 9 seconds) atrocious mileage (12 mpg) Cheap materials, the list goes on. When my friends and family have gotten into this thing, without fail, the first response is "yeech!" Then when they hear the Hoover Vacuum Cleaner engine weeze, their jaws drop. Save yourself $25,000...buy a Hyundai Santa Fe V-4. Better performance, more reliable. One more point...even the local Porsche Dealer admits that this vehicle... |

DOESN'T DESERVE A 10.Source: MSN Autos...It is great for those people who would like a Porsche, but have children, or just need a bigger sized car(for traveling cross-country, etc.) It has awesome accleration for an suv. Cons: The one downside to the Cayanne is that is a high price tag, but if if you cannot afford it just go buy a Suburban or something. Overall: This car doesn't deserve an overall rating of 10. It deserves a 15. It is by far the most recognizable vehicle anywhere you go. If you don't want people to look at your car, don't buy the Cayanne! Some of the less fortunate people giving ratings just don't quite understand... |

Expensive to own, fun to driveSource: MSN Autos...Cons: Quality. I bought mine used in 2007, it had just come off of a three year lease. The dealership I bought it from did all of the maintenance, so I could see the long, long history of this car in the shop for warranty repairs. Once I got it, for about the first 10,000 miles it was in the shop a lot, fortunately still under warranty. The electrical systems seem to be the biggest source of problems... lights, nav system, triptronic shifting... lots of other things had problems. The engine and the transmission are definately Porsche, I didn't have any problems with those. Overall: It's a... |
