Darn good car.
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Dependable Cons: worn out rear leaf springs. Dealer doesn't have replacement at all! Overall: very good car, if taken care of over the years. I have maybe another 8-12 yrs left in this one...

not the one for me
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: Not the vehicle for me !....and beware you may
never make it to your destination ontime so plan for
charging time if driving more than 60 miles......took me 3 months to sell it and i took a big loss......its just not practical with my schedule and life style,
i dont have luxury time to sit and wait for it to charge...
Cons: takes to long to charge, doesnt go 100 miles for sure Overall: if you dont dive more than 50 miles at a time go for it ,
be sure you locate places to charge on the road , they are not easy as you would think to find...

Very Quite and Fun to Drive!
Source: Cars.com

..."We bought a 2011 Nissan LEAF almost a year ago. We have just over 12,000 miles on it at this point.
The ride is solid, the car is extremely quite, it's a blast to drive, and it's now our primary vehicle.
The battery pack gives the car a low center of gravity so it feels planted in the turns.
The car has a five star safety rating which was important to our family. It's also nice to wake up to a fully charged car and not have to hassle with going to gas stations!"...

Nissan LEAF
Source: Cars.com

..."For the folks who gave it one star for range, you have no idea what you are talking about.
I drive 40-60 miles a day and get back home with plenty of range left and this is while only charging to 80%.
The range meter on the car (called the "guess-o-meter" in LEAF circles) does not do a great job estimating range at the top end,
but is more accurate as the battery draws down - this is something you learn how to deal with quickly as you drive the car.
For anyone with a commute under 60 round trip, this car will easily meet your needs unless you go 80mph all the time...

EV bliss
Source: Cars.com

..."I purchased this car because it is all electric, but now that I drive it daily the car has more than impressed.
It's very quiet, comfortable, smooth in acceleration and breaking, and just works like it should.
You plug it in a night and drive the next morning. Simple. No more gas to worry about; no more oil changes to take up time out of your day; no more tune ups...

Old and strong.
Source: MSN Autos

...Love mine and hope it keeps going for another few thousand. Almost all original parts on the engine. Only replaceement was the intake gasket that was leaking. Cons: Rust protection on the frame is completely gone. Don't think it was applied very well from the start. Rear door has a very horrible opening system. Hope yours never breaks. Had to fix mine with a wire tie strap like McGyver. Overall: Great truck overall. It has went places I know it shouldn't have been. But why own a 4x4 if you don't use it. Goes great in snow and ice all winter long. City MPG could have been better, but highway I...

Better Than Expected; And I Had Great Expectations
Source: Cars.com

..."I am in month 5 with my Leaf and it just seems to get better as I go along.
I have the advantage of living in Tennessee Valley Authority territory, so my electric rates are low.
I consistently (well, over the past four months anyway) get about 1000 miles from $20 of electricity.
I don't think you can beat that. Use is a 10-mile commute (each way) everyday plus errands in the evenings and on weekends.
I charge to 80% during the week (recommended by Nissan) and never have a problem with the commute plus the errands.
All in all, it's not a Z-Coupe; it's not a Bug-Eye...

LEAF exceeds our expectations!
Source: Edmunds

...Took delivery about a week ago; the car is wonderful,
very well engineered, fun to drive; range exceeds their promises; Blink charging station is very user friendly and fun to use; comfortable seats ...
we sold our Lexus RX350 since taking delivery because it would probably just sit in the garage. You will not be disappointed!...

electric bliss
Source: MSN Autos

...Pros: I love the comfort of this vehicle. it is so quiet and easy to drive.
It is very smooth to drive also. It has everything I could want on it except for electric seats, but who cares? I love this car.
Plus, I get to drive in the carpool/HOV lane!! Cons: No electric seats, but they are all heated :) Overall: Love the car and wouldn't want any other electric vehicle...
