Best among its class!!!
Source: MSN Autos

...I push my cars really hard and really value handling, so for spirited drivers like me, i recommend switching to max performance summer tires. It makes a world of difference! However, most people will find the factory tires more than adequate. They provide a good balance b/w comfort and handling Overall: I feel that the Honda Accord EX-L Coupe is the best among its class. The exterior and interior designs are amazing, suspension is great, the engine is strong for a 4 cyl... The car definitely has a European feel to it: look out BMW! The overal stiffness and rigidity of the car are comparable...

2005 Altima SER

...Not one rattle or gap of any kind. Bose stereo is very good for stock radio (no mp3 though). Rides like brothers BMW 330i, but faster. Looks great with black on black and 18in wheels. Backseat room is limo like. Heated leather seats a godsend in northeast winters. Not good in snow. Exhaust sound is refined yet sporty. HID headlights are great. Good gas mileage for v6 power. Did I mention power---there is plenty of that. Power is smooth in delivery, meaning you are not really sure how fast you are going until you look at speedo. Overall best value I have ever in my 20+ cars owned. Previous...

1994 Nissan Altima
Source: Cars.com

..."I bought my first Nissan May 1996. A 1994 Altima right off a lease with about 18,000 miles.
I owned it for 5 yrs and put on an additional 164,000.
Ended up trading it in 2001 for a new 2001 Altima with the new body style.
Drove that for almost 4 yrs and 73,000 miles. Traded the 01 for a 2005 Alitma which I still own with almost 83,000 miles.
I have to say from 1994 to the present, I have not have any MAJOR problems with any of my Altimas. I'm always on top of the maintaince and oil changes. Would not give up my Nissan."...

Best Car I've Ever Owned
Source: Cars.com

..."Bought my 1999 Altima SE brand new. I've owned it for 10 years now and have driven it basically every day.
It now has 192K miles and still runs like a top. More than enough power in the city and great passing power on the highway.
Other than changing the oil & tires regulary, I've done NOTHING to my Altima and it has never once let me down.
Still starts right up on the first try no matter what the weather is like.
I'll keep this one for another year or so then get another new one. Toyota & Honda have nothing on Nissan. I've owned a Civic & Corolla and they are junk...

Car Fire at 65,000 miles
Source: Cars.com

..."I would not recommend this car, had a car fire @ 65,000 miles, so badly burnt, tests were done to determine where it came from, but was unable to tell.
missed the fire by 10 mins, luckly was not hurt during the Fire. I even have photos for proof."...

My First Nissan...love it!
Source: Cars.com

..."This is the first Nissan I've owned and I'm very happy I chose the Altima over the Toyota Camry.
It's a really fun car to drive and has surprisingly good pickup for a 4 cylinder.
I have the 4-door 2.5 S model and it looks sporty...not at all like a family sedan.
One of the few complaints I have about it is that the seats are a bit hard and not very comfortable.
Also, the engine is a little loud. All in all, I love driving it and would certainly buy another Nissan."...

Altima SER Potentials
Source: Cars.com

...Simplist bolt-ons to your engine would devastate Mustang GT's and 350/370z's. I had installed Nismo CAI (Cold Air Intake) Nismo Camshafts, and Nismo Fuel Pressure Regulator. These items combined with factory installed Sports-Tuned exhaust and suspension make this car a true experience. Also when it came time to replace the tires I went wider from a 225/45R18 to a 245/45R18. This increased it's traction for better acceleration and cornering. Also made for a more aggressive appearance. Highway gas mileage is excellent and very very for city, maintenance has been very easy with no major issues...

Pearl white SL V6
Source: Cars.com

...However, there was quite a bit of torque steer on fast accelerations. The ride was overall nice especially on smooth roads, but i personally would have liked for the suspension to absorb bumps better.- Styling/Appearance - I originally fell in love with the Altima after the 02' restyle. It is such a beautiful, sleek style. I had the pearl white paint which SO beautiful in the sun or at night in a lighted parking lot. I had a rear spoiler as well as side skirts. I also put an after market grille on mine which did not have the Nissan logo on it. I was repeatedly asked by strangers if it was...

STAY AWAY!! ENGINE ISSUES AND OIL!
Source: Cars.com

...After 10 days later the check engine light came up, took it back to dealership, they said it was fine, put some oil in it and away i go. 1 month later, light comes on again, and took it to a different mechanic and was told i had NO OIL!! Mind you i only drove 30 miles at most. No leaks were found. Nissan denies any issues on the Engine or the Catalyst. After 3 years i can no longer handle the way Nissan treats their customers by ignoring thousands of people's similar complaints. I traded it for a Honda Civic and could never be more happier. Sure its not as smooth as the Altima, but at least i...

Best Car I've Ever Owned
Source: Cars.com

..."Bought the car in 2001, slightly used, on a lease agreement.
Purchased the car at the end of the lease and finally paid it off a few months ago.
It is without a doubt the best car that I've ever owned.
It has just over 100,000 miles on it and unless something unforeseen happens, we plan on keeping on keeping on with it.
Repairs have included regular maintenance, new axles and belts and that's about it."...
