Best buy on the planetSource: MSN Autos...It should have a power passenger seat. The ECO kicks in real fast, I have to get used to the subtle jerking sensation as the control turns on and off, especially at highway speeds. There is not much dealing in our area; Leith pretty much has a monopoly, so we pay close to sticker. Overall: Overall this car is the best buy on the planet. The minor things I have issue with should not deter anyone from driving this car. What sets this car ahead of the others is the fact that handling, performance and head turning styling can exist along with economy and a reasonable sticker price. I got 26 mpg... |

Bought used, served me wellSource: Cars.com...It handles great in cornering, and never had any serious problems with clutch, tranny, engine, etc. I appreciated that it (along w/ many Nissans) had a timing chain that never has to be replaced (vs. a timing belt), which I think added to the durability of the engine, and saved me $$$.Gas mileage was decent, average 24 mpg city/hwy. Features were decent, but I could have used a fold-down back seat on many occasions. It always looked good, except that the wheel covers kept coming off--I think this is endemic w/ all Altimas of this type, as I always see them missing wheel covers. OK to... |

Truly a gem!Source: Cars.com...But the car can also be driven in electric only mode up to about 40 MPH which is a different kind of fun. I've only owned the car for about 1000 miles so I have no real sense of reliability and I was concerned that because the car is only sold in the Northeast and California that I would have a problem finding certified service in the rest of the country but I have been assured by a Toyota dealer that any certified Toyota Hybrid shop can repair my Nissan. My first fill-up netted 38 MPG on a combination of commute, local errands and some highway driving. The ride is like my Passat, solid... |
