It looks pretty stylish on the outside too! I love this car! You will not be dissapointed...

Love My Mazda5!!!
Source: Edmunds

...This vehicle had the most bang for the buck, without the horrible SUV gas mileage. Engine could use a few more HP, but really not bad. Acceleration is good and the transmission shift is so smooth. I traded a 2011 Honda Civic for the 2012 Mazda5 and couldn't be happier. I drive about 70% Hwy and am avg 25 mpg with a little over 1000 miles( I was only avg 27 mpg with my Civic). Even has all the bells and whistles, with a great sticker price. It really is fun to drive and handles just like a car. I can't say enough good things about this vehicle...

98K on my 2007 and I Love it.
Source: Cars.com

..."The Mazda 5 is an incredible car. Reliable performer is the best description for this car/minivan.
I've owned 3 Chrysler van over twenty years, and owned BMWs, Cadillacs, Toyotas and this car blends so many good qualities.
In 98K I've replaced the battery, plugs, and just put on the 3rd set of tires.
Brakes are original. It only gets 25-26 mpg on the road but it out handles all my other cars owned (17) except the BMW.
I try not to put big adults in the third seats for a long trip, but other than that what a great hauler. I just wish the 2012 Mazda 5 were available now."...

pickup I went looking for a mini van.I knew this Mazda5 was for me the minute I laid eyes on it..It wasn't huge..had easy access..easy fold down seats.I just love it."...

Car with Mini Van Features
Source: Edmunds

...We just bought the Mazda5 Touring 2012 and researched this car quite a bit.
We did not really want a true minivan however this car was more like a larger economy car with minivan features. So far so good...

Best car for the money
Source: Cars.com

..."I was not sure about the car because i am 6'4" and other reviews say its to small (mabe in third row) Trust me- you MUST test drive this car YOU WILL LOVE IT!
Drives like cars that cost thousands more. Grand Touring is way to go!
I owned mini vans for the past 12 years and the "5" is a leap in the right direction.Like a mini-minivan but waay cooler looking and fun to drive."...

Why aren't more people driving Mazda 5?
Source: Edmunds

...I have 12,000 miles on the car now. Went from a dodge grand caravan to the mazda 5. I needed a vehicle that got better mileage than the van, wanted it to drive more like a car, have flexible seating and be affordable. We are a family of 5. I love the way the car drives/handles. It gets good gas mileage (30 mpg highway)has flexible and comfortable seating. With the hatchback it's even a great car for transporting our 2 big dogs. We will soon be purchasing a roof top carrier--not a great amount of cargo space when the whole family is on a long trip. Why are there not more people driving Mazda...
