Two weeks ahead of the worldwide debut at the 2009 NAIAS, a brochure of the
2009 Honda Insight Hybrid has been leaked onto the internet. The photos are a set of scans from the Japanese model (JDM) and were apparently first leaked on the
Honda fansite
Temple of Vtec.
Better yet, the photos highlight the Modulo version of the car. Modulo is the name that Honda gives to tricked-out versions of their production cars. In this case, the result is the odd visual idea of
purchasing an Insight once Xzibit was finished with it. Some of the factory upgrades include larger wheels, front and rear spoilers, side skirts and additional lights.
